Our History

How Cross Pointe began and grew.

December 2011
Founded as GCF-Cebu
Cross Pointe began as GCF-Cebu, a satellite congregation of Greenhills Christian Fellowship, gathering a small community of believers in the heart of Cebu City.
September 2018
Moved to One Central Hotel
The church moved into the Ministry Center at One Central Hotel on Sanciangko Street, where it still gathers today — Sunday worship in Sequoia Hall and midweek ministry a floor above.
During the Covid-19 pandemic
Online services and The PodPointe
When the church could not meet in person, it moved its services online. What began as a necessity grew into something lasting: The PodPointe podcast and the Content and Creatives Ministry, which continue to carry the church's teaching beyond the room it meets in.
